Manpreet is CXO – Supply Chain Management, Customer Excellence, Customer Care and Human Capital at Myntra, the country’s largest e-commerce platform for fashion and lifestyle products. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Manpreet has over 20 years of leadership experience from domains such as Financial Services and E-Commerce in India, United States and Asia – with a track record of building businesses, turnarounds and creating value and unique experiences for customers. He is also known for his collaborative leadership style and a penchant for new technologies in order to create differentiation. Before joining Myntra, Manpreet was at Amazon (India) where he was Director & Head of Last Mile Operations and where he successfully leveraged technology, new business, and delivery models.

Prior to Amazon, Manpreet spent over 7 years with Citibank where he was Managing Director and Asia COO for Citi Treasury and Trade business based in Hong Kong. Prior to Citi, Manpreet spent over 8 years with GE where he carried out a variety of leadership roles in India, US, and Asia, in Human Resources, Six Sigma, and Business Development. Manpreet has also worked with Nestle India, Oberoi Hotels among others, earlier in his career.
