Hrithik, Sonakshi and Samantha announce the 12th edition of EORS
Myntra is all set to begin the 12th edition of its flagship End of Reason Sale (EORS) from June 19th to 22nd. This year EORS comes at a moment when people are trying to embrace normalcy, with significant pent up demand from consumers and a chance for brands to deliver the best of fashion. In the present situation, we are taking every possible precaution to keep consumers, employees and delivery partners safe. We have set the ball rolling for EORS alongside film icons Hrithik Roshan, Sonakshi Sinha and Samantha Akkineni, the face of this edition of EORS.
In a unique move, we are happy to launch our very own signature clarion call for EORS, the ‘Myntra Herald’, which adds a touch of glamour around the event. The clarion call, played out by two women mascots, will henceforth symbolize the arrival of every edition of EORS.
The Midas Touch of Celebs
Celeb brands have also always been a big part of events like EORS in every season. Besides Hrithik, Sonakshi and Samantha, some of the biggest names in Bollywood such as Anushka Sharma, Kriti Sanon and Kareena Kapoor, among others, are going to be closely associated with the EORS campaign. This time the much loved South Indian actors Vijay Deverakonda and Mahesh Babu, who made their entry on our platform earlier this year, are also going to be a big part of EORS with their brands.
We are also stoked to work with a diverse set of influencers who will create a lot of buzz on social media through engaging content. Top influencers such as Ashna Shroff, Santoshi Shetty, Karan and Nikhil Kandhar, are set to promote various hero products, where each image will be shoppable during the sale. A Tiktok challenge, ‘dance to the celeb’s hook step’, is expected to grab millions of eyeballs ahead of the End of Reason Sale!
What Consumers Want
More than a mega sale, our consumers want fun ways to engage with the event. The benefits they get in the process is icing on the cake! Members of our loyalty program, Myntra Insiders, are in for a treat with ‘early access’ and ‘price reveal’. One of the key pre-EORS activities is the ‘gamification’ that allows users to play games on the Myntra app and earn points that can be used for early access to the sale. There are four exciting games for the current edition – Pipers, Book Cricket, Santa Drop and Brand Puzzle. We expect over 500,000 users to participate in these games ahead of the sale.
Consumers can earn up to 900 EORS Insider points through the games. Myntra Insiders can also avail additional brand and partner discounts using EORS Insider points. The pre-sale buzz will lead consumers to some of their most favourite brands at the best possible price points! Brands like H&M, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Roadster, HRX, Mango, Forever 21, Rowdy, Tommy Hilfiger, Wrogn, Jack & Jones, Flying Machine, The Humbl Co., Marks & Spencer, ‘All About You’, ‘House of Pataudi’, Mast and Harbour, Dorothy Perkins, W, Biba and Global Desi, among others, will be up for grabs.
