This EORS-15, Myntra’s MENSA Network’s all-women dexter team is here to deliver happiness

Myntra’s kirana network MENSA (Myntra Extended Network for Service Augmentation) came into existence in April 2017, and it has since helped deepen our network reach to deliver favourite products to the customers, spread across nooks and corners of the country. The MENSA network has also empowered a lot of delivery partners, giving them financial independence and the courage to dream big for their future. MENSA has not only brought smiles to the faces of the partners but has also given the people hope to reimagine their lives with newfound strength and zeal.

Today, we introduce you to Myntra’s MENSA Network’s all-women Dexter in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, where the ladies are busy carving their very own success story every single day. We salute every partner at this all-women Dexter for making Myntra’s End of Reason Sale one of India’s BIGGEST Fashion events. These partners are redefining the true definition of women’s power!

Challenging the Status Quo

Pooja, one of the delivery partners at Ghaziabad Dexter, believes that no work is big or small, one must have the will to do it, and everything is possible. She wants to change the general perception that girls cannot do a delivery person’s job and emphasizes that there’s nothing that a woman can’t do. Pooja is working as a proud delivery partner to give a better life to her 14-year-old daughter.

Girls are Not Behind

Usha aims to prove that girls can do all kinds of work and are not behind in any aspect of life. The MENSA program enables Usha to earn a decent sum while working only two to three hours a day. With this additional income, she is able to support her family needs and also pursue her college education, one step at a time towards achieving her dream.

Living Life on Her Terms

Kanchan is rarely seen without a smile on her face and is known for her dedication as a delivery partner. She loves riding her bike, visiting new societies, and delivering happiness to people.

Besides partners like Usha, Kanchan and Pooja, the MENSA program has given a wonderful opportunity to many other women partners to earn extra income and create a better life for themselves and their families.

Check out the video to know them better and bring a wide smile to your face. And the next time you see any of these delivery partners at your doorstep, make sure to let them know that you are aware of their story. We’re sure they’d love to hear from you, and it’ll brighten up their day even more.
