Myntra recently launched a one-of-its-kind, dedicated shopping alley for teenagers called ‘Teens Store’ on its platform. While for the teens, it’s THE place to shop for its trendiest collections from the renowned domestic and international teens brands known for their drib, for the parents as well, it’s a reason to rejoice as they can find all trend-first selections in the right size and fit for their growing teens.
One of the major predicaments for teens is not finding clothing in the right size and shape; it’s always a tad big, or a tad small. It’s also a challenge to find a host of select international and domestic brands offering collections for teens under one roof. In addition, with teens and other Gen-Z idols serving as the major inspiration for teens, there’s a need for finding styles that are in line with the global trends. For my 12-year-old son, Aksh Raturi, comfort is paramount. He likes to wear casual comfortable tees and track pants and shorts, finding them both comfortable and stylish. He follows sports and admires Virat Kohli, and his preference for athleisure and comfort clothes is to some extent greatly inspired by him (something that he denies when asked!). Aksh and I are both super excited about the launch of the Teens Store on the Myntra app. As a mother of a teen son, one of the challenges I have faced while shopping for Aksh has been finding the right size and the fit. Most of the clothing is either meant for kids or adults – there has never been an in-between. The Teens Store solves this need gap. While my son can now find his favorite styles in sizes and fits suited to his body, we can also find all brands under one roof.

My 15-year old daughter Sunidhi has been very picky in her dress selections of late. She generally looks for something that is unique yet comfortable, and one that also suits her personality. She especially liked the UTH brand selection, without realizing that it is a Myntra’s in-house fashion Brand! She is loving the store and finds the collection modern, stylish, and at the same time very comfortable. H&M is also one of her all-time favorite brands, and she was excited to see Myntra constantly adding new arrivals as they come into style. Sunidhi is very excited to finally have her own dedicated corner of the app where she can hang out. She calls it a mall for teens at the fingertip! She is happy, so I am happy too!
